Your ERP chases the overdue invoices. You decide what gets sent.
AgenticOS watches the overdue invoices in your Dolibarr, prepares the report and drafts collection claims with legal deadlines and interest properly calculated. The draft waits for your approval: hitting send is still yours to do.

Collection tracking, done by your ERP
The overdue list, always up to date
AgenticOS checks the unpaid invoices in your Dolibarr and prepares the weekly report: who owes what, since when and for how much, no spreadsheets.
Claims drafted, ready for review
With legal deadlines and interest properly calculated, each overdue invoice gets its claim draft in the tone you choose. Sending it remains yours.
Payments recorded where they belong
When the customer pays, you record it in your Dolibarr and the overdue item closes itself: next month’s report starts without the resolved case.
Nothing goes out without your approval
There is no automatic sending to third parties: every claim waits for your go-ahead. And when an AI drafts it, the page says so transparently.
Between “we tell you it is due” and “we take it to court”, there was nothing
The collections market is split in three, and the middle step —the one today’s SME needs— was empty.
Law firms
They sell the payment order: expensive, slow and painful for a debt that a phone call might recover.
Recovery agencies
They work on success fees, but their model needs thousands of cases a month. With 30 overdue invoices, nobody picks you up.
Invoicing SaaS
They warn you that an invoice is due. Then you chase it yourself: alerts, not follow-up.
AgenticOS
The missing link: your ERP does the follow-up for you, before a lawyer is needed. Prepared, reviewed and sent under your control.
From due date to payment, in 4 steps
01
Scans the overdue
AgenticOS reviews the invoices in your Dolibarr and builds the overdue map: customer, invoice, amount and days late.
02
Prepares the report
You get the weekly summary of what is due and what is already late, sorted by age and amount.
03
Drafts the claims
Each overdue invoice gets its claim draft with legal deadlines and interest calculated. You review and decide.
04
You send, you record the payment
You hit send, the email goes out under your signature and, when the payment arrives, the overdue item closes in the ERP. Next report starts clean.
Regulation pushes you to control payment terms
Three levers almost nobody is using yet, and they turn collections follow-up into more than a nice-to-have.
Invoice statuses (RD 238/2026, Spain)
Mandatory B2B e-invoicing will regulate invoice statuses —accepted, rejected, paid— with the stated goal of controlling payment terms. Timeline: companies over €8M in October 2027, the rest in 2028, pending the ministerial order.
Late-payment law (Law 3/2004, Spain)
30 days by default, 60 as the maximum agreed, default interest and €40 of collection costs per invoice (art. 8). On top of that, meeting payment terms conditions access to public subsidies.
MASC before the payment order
Since April 2025, adequate dispute-resolution means (MASC) are mandatory before going to court. A well-made, documented claim on time is worth more than a late lawsuit.
An AI that chases debts, with clear limits
No “leave it to the AI”: the Control section of AgenticOS applies to collections too.
Sending is human
Every claim is delivered as a draft and waits for your approval. There is no “send on its own” mode; you decide what is sent and to whom.
It identifies itself as AI
When a claim is drafted by AI and goes to an individual, the first interaction says so clearly, as required by art. 50 of the AI Act since 2 August 2026.
GDPR applied to people
Chasing a freelancer or consumer means processing personal data: cordial tone, limited frequency, no unnecessary copies. There is no credit scoring or automatic credit limits.
The VeriFactu chain stays intact
The agent writes through the chained flow of your invoicing system, with no parallel routes, and an invoice is never modified: it is cancelled and re-issued. The collection claim is a different document from the invoice, so the chain remains untouched.

Law firm, recovery agency, SaaS… or your ERP
Every path has its place. The difference is the segment: the SME that wants to get paid before a lawyer is needed.

Collections and overdue invoices, no fine print
Can the agent send a claim without my permission?
No. The agent prepares the draft and stops there: it waits for your approval and you do the sending. No automatic sending to third parties exists; if it is ever added, it will be a scoped, configurable capability, never the default behaviour.
Is it legal for AI to draft and manage late-payment claims?
Yes, with two cautions: if the recipient is an individual, EU rules (art. 50 of Regulation 2024/1689, the AI Act, applicable since 2 August 2026) require disclosing that the interaction is with an AI on first contact; and chasing a freelancer or consumer means processing personal data, so tone, frequency and who is copied are handled with care (GDPR). Drafting and sending under human control raise no issue.
What are the invoice statuses of RD 238/2026 and why do they matter to me?
Royal Decree 238/2026, which develops mandatory B2B e-invoicing in Spain, regulates invoice statuses —accepted, rejected, paid— with the stated goal of controlling payment terms. When it takes effect (companies above €8M in October 2027, the rest in 2028, pending the ministerial order), your system will have to report when you pay and when you get paid. Those who already track overdue items in their ERP arrive without trauma; those on spreadsheets, in a hurry.
What can I claim besides the debt?
Under Spanish late-payment law (Law 3/2004) you can claim, besides the debt, default interest (the agreed rate or, by default, the ECB rate plus 8 points) and €40 of collection costs per unpaid invoice (art. 8), added to the claim. The agent calculates them in every draft so they are not forgotten.
What is the difference with a recovery agency or a law firm?
The segment. Payment orders and recovery agencies pay off when there is no relationship left to save or when there are thousands of cases a month. The SME with 30 overdue invoices wants to get paid while keeping the relationship: someone doing the follow-up and the well-made claim before a lawyer is needed. That is exactly what AgenticOS does.
Does this affect my VeriFactu chain?
No. The agent writes through the chained flow of your invoicing system: there are no parallel routes that create, modify or delete records outside the system, and an invoice is never “fixed”: if something goes wrong, it is cancelled and re-issued, as the regulation requires. The collection claim is a separate document from the invoice, so the invoicing chain stays intact.
Do I need to change ERP for this?
No. It works on your existing Dolibarr: the agent works with your invoices, your customers and your history. If you do not have an ERP yet, Dolibarr is implemented and this is built on top. Either way, it starts with your real data, not a demo.
Let your ERP chase the overdue invoices for you
We show you the overdue report, the claim drafts and payment recording with your own data. You will see exactly where your approval sits before anything is written. No commitment.
