02Data we process

We process the data you provide through the contact form and through resource downloads: name and email address and, optionally, company, telephone number and the message you write to us. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

03Purposes of processing

We use your data in order to:

• Handle and respond to your enquiries and requests.
• Manage the business relationship and send you the information or resources you request.
• Send you, where applicable, communications relating to our services, provided there is a lawful basis or you have given your consent.

04Lawful basis for processing

The lawful basis for the processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the legitimate interest of EasySoft Tech S.L. in handling your request and maintaining the business relationship. Where the processing arises from the performance of a contract, the lawful basis is that contractual relationship.

05Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by law in order to address any potential liabilities. Once the data is no longer necessary, it is securely deleted.

06Recipients of the data

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law. Your data may be accessed, as processors, by the service providers that support us (for example, web hosting and email), which process the data on our instructions and subject to appropriate safeguards.

07YouTube API Services

EasySoft Tech S.L. uses the YouTube API Services to manage its own corporate YouTube channel (@easysoftsl).

What data we process. We access only the channel owned by EasySoft Tech S.L. and its own content: video metadata (titles, descriptions and tags), subtitles, thumbnails, playlists and the comments posted on our videos, together with the channel performance metrics, which the API returns in aggregate form. We do not access data from other channels or request authorisation from third-party accounts: access is made with the credentials of our own corporate account.

What we use it for. Solely to administer and maintain the channel: publishing and updating videos and their metadata, managing subtitles, thumbnails and playlists, handling and moderating comments, and reviewing the channel's internal statistics.

Lawful basis. The legitimate interest of EasySoft Tech S.L. in managing and maintaining its corporate channel (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). In the case of comments, processing is limited to moderating content voluntarily published on our own videos.

Storage and security. Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are kept with restricted access on our own equipment and servers and are not shared with third parties.

Google and YouTube services. Use of this data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service, which apply independently of this policy.

Revocation and deletion. You can revoke the access of connected applications to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request the deletion of data we process under these services — for example, a comment posted on our channel — write to info@easysoft.es; we will handle the request within one month, in accordance with the GDPR.

Videos embedded on this website. Some pages show videos from our channel embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). No YouTube content is loaded until you press the play button; only then can YouTube set its own cookies, in accordance with its policy. If you do not play the video, no data is sent to YouTube.

08Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@easysoft.es, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the applicable legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency — Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) — and, where applicable, with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

09Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legislative developments or changes in our services. We recommend that you review it periodically; the date of the last update appears at the beginning of this document.
