An example on the Starter plan with 50 clients: you pay the €200 of the plan — that is €4 per client a month — and, unless a client of yours invoices in Spain, nothing else. What you charge them is entirely up to you.

The instance count is indicative. The real limit is server resources, and an accountancy practice issuing 30 invoices a month does not consume the same as a company with a warehouse and heavy traffic. Who looks after your client
You do, on first line: it is your client and your brand, and they never see our name. Behind you sits our second-level support, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 CET (mainland Spain), answering in under 24 working hours.
Where the data lives
On servers inside the European Union. We sign the Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement with you, which is what lets you sign yours with your clients. No transfers outside the EU.
And if you ever leave
You take everything: the database dump and the documents of every instance, in standard Dolibarr format. It is free software: there is no proprietary format tying you in. No minimum term.
What if I build it myself?
It is a fair question: Dolibarr is free software and a server costs very little. But the server is the cheap part. The expensive part is everything else — provisioning and isolating one instance per client, backups you can actually restore, SSL, upgrading every Dolibarr one by one, and being the person who picks up the phone when a client cannot invoice on a Friday afternoon. That work grows with every client you sign, and it is the work that stops you selling more.
With us it is from €4 per client a month, a new client live in one click, upgrades handled and, for the clients who invoice in Spain, VeriFactu compliance kept current by the people who build the module. And if one day you would rather run it yourself, you take the instances with you: it is standard Dolibarr.

How much do I make per client?
Your cost starts at €4 per client per month: that is the €200 Starter plan spread across the instances that fit in it. We say “from” because the split depends on how many instances your plan takes, and that goes by server resources: if your clients are light and more of them fit than expected, your cost per client drops. You set the retail price. On the Starter plan at €30 a month, seven clients already cover the plan and everything after that is margin.
Who looks after my client when something breaks?
You do, on first line: it is your client and your brand, and they never see our name. Behind you there is our second-level technical support, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 Central European Time (mainland Spain), answering in under 24 working hours.
Where is my clients’ data hosted?
On servers inside the European Union. We sign the Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement with you, which is what lets you sign yours with your own clients. The platform is usable from any country; the part that is specific to Spain is VeriFactu, because it is Spanish tax agency legislation.
If I leave one day, do I take my clients and their data with me?
Yes, and with no ransom. We hand you the database dump and the documents of every instance in standard Dolibarr format. It is free software: there is no proprietary format tying you in. No minimum term.
Is the client count of each plan a hard limit?
No, it is indicative. The real limit is server resources, and an accountancy practice issuing 30 documents a month does not consume the same as a company with a warehouse and heavy traffic. The Starter plan comfortably takes around 50 instances of typical use; if your clients are light, more fit. We size it with you against your real client base.
Are all the modules included?
The EasySoft module catalogue is included in every plan. Advanced modules are added at partner pricing when your client needs them: we tell you which ones and at what price on the first call.
What is VeriFactu, and do I need it?
Only if a client of yours invoices in Spain. VeriFactu is the Spanish invoicing obligation: billing software has to report invoices to the Spanish tax agency in a traceable, unalterable way. Where it applies, it costs €2 per active instance and only on the instances that need it. There is no invoice cap and no per-invoice fee: we connect straight to the tax agency with your client’s own certificate, with no metered gateway in between.
What if I outgrow the largest plan?
We talk and build infrastructure to your size. If you got that far, it is a good problem for both of us.
