Is Dolibarr free? Does it have licence costs?
Dolibarr has no per-user licence cost. The investment is in implementation, customisation and support, not an endless monthly rental like proprietary ERPs.
Can you migrate my data from another ERP to Dolibarr?
Yes. We migrate customers, products, invoices and history from Odoo, SAP, Holded, spreadsheets or other systems, protecting data integrity and without stopping your activity.
Do you develop custom modules for Dolibarr?
It’s our specialty. We build modules specific to your business (workflows, reports, integrations, automations) in a way that survives Dolibarr updates.
Does Dolibarr comply with VeriFactu and Spanish regulations?
Not out of the box: Dolibarr does not generate the records with hash, QR code, signature and submission required by RD 1007/2023. With our VeriFactu module for Dolibarr it does, without touching the core and on any Dolibarr from version 10. We also cover SII and e-invoicing.
How long does a Dolibarr implementation take?
It depends on scope, but a standard implementation is usually operational in weeks, not months. We work in phases so you start using it as soon as possible.
