Each WooCommerce order becomes a customer order in Dolibarr, with its customer, its lines and its payment method, mapped to the payment methods you use in the ERP.

Stock

The connector works with virtual stock and configurable rules: deduct stock when the order is placed or when it is shipped, replenish it on receipt or on supplier entry. Updates propagate to every connected store.

How the sync works under the hood

Setup takes three steps. You generate the WooCommerce REST API keys, you register the store inside Dolibarr, and you choose the direction for each entity.

Then comes the first full sync, which runs in batches with configurable limits. Large catalogues move without timing out, and you can follow the process instead of hoping for the best.

After that, the sync runs in real time. Triggers detect a price change, a new order or a stock adjustment and push the change straight away. Nothing waits for a nightly job, so the shop and the ERP do not drift apart during the day.

A single Dolibarr can serve several WooCommerce stores. The same product is recognised across stores by name or SKU, so one ERP product feeds three shop listings. Stock is propagated to all of them, which is how you stop selling the same last unit twice on two websites.

That last point deserves emphasis. A demo with a clean sample catalogue tells you little; a pilot with your products and prices tells you a lot.

If any of these sound familiar, the integration is overdue:

• Someone retypes every order from WooCommerce into Dolibarr.
• The shop sells stock that does not exist.
• Online and offline channels show different quantities for the same item.
• Customer data is entered twice, once in each system.
