How to migrate to Dolibarr without stopping your business

1. Assessment and data map

2. Migration in parallel
We set up your Dolibarr and migrate the data in parallel, while you keep working in your current system. Nothing is switched off until the new environment is validated.
3. Validation with real data
We check that the amounts add up, that invoices and stock are correct and that the workflows work. This is where surprises are found and fixed, not afterwards.
4. Training and go-live
We train your team on your own Dolibarr and choose a controlled cut-over date. The switch happens when everything is tested, not blindly.
5. Post-migration support
The first weeks are the critical ones. We stay close to resolve questions and fine-tune. We don’t disappear after delivery.
