General Accounting That Feels Familiar
EasyConta includes official Chart of Accounts for PGC 2008, including PYME, NORMAL, and ESFL plans, and lets you load them automatically. You get a powerful journal entry editor with live balance validation, adjustment entries for closed periods, change audit, and SHA-256 signing for extra security. The fast entry mode helps you post complete transactions from date, total, and fiscal profile in just one step.
Automated VAT and Official Books
The built-in VAT engine automatically creates accounting entries when you validate invoices, covering national, intra-community, ISP, equivalence surcharge, IRPF, and cash basis scenarios. It also generates the official books you need: journal, ledger, trial balance, issued and received invoices, VAT records, and IRPF withholding book. Monthly accrual support for multi-period invoices helps you match income and expenses to the correct accounting period.
Tax Models and AEAT Workflows
EasyConta includes more than 24 operational AEAT models, including VAT, withholdings, informative declarations, corporate tax, non-resident, and IGIC filings. A simple 3-step wizard uses official BOE files, and multi-agency support covers the common AEAT territory, provincial tax offices, Navarra, and the Canary Islands. Preloaded fiscal profiles for clients and suppliers let the engine apply the right accounts, tax types, and AEAT boxes automatically.
Treasury, Banks, and SEPA
Manage receivable and payable effects with automatic accounting and SEPA S19 and S34 remittances. Bank reconciliation is easier with Cuaderno 43 statement import and duplicate detection, saving time at month-end. EasyConta also includes useful fiscal helpers like NIF validation against the AEAT, an editable fiscal calendar with provincial holidays, and Intrastat support.
