EasySeries is a flexible numbering series module for Dolibarr ERP, designed to simplify and automate document numbering for small and medium-sized businesses. It lets you create unlimited series per document type, assign them automatically by customer or supplier, and preview the next number before creating any document.
Complete numbering control
EasySeries covers up to 14 document types, including invoices, orders, quotations, shipments, interventions, projects, tickets, expense notes, manufacturing orders and more. You can define unlimited numbering series per document type, with flexible masks and independent settings for standard documents, credit notes, replacements and advances. This makes it easy to give every company, branch or customer type its own consistent numbering sequence.
Automatic assignment and real-time preview
You can define a default numbering series for each customer or supplier, and EasySeries will assign it automatically when creating their documents. A real-time preview shows the number that will be generated before the document is created, helping your team avoid mistakes and work faster. This removes manual guessing and keeps numbering aligned with your business rules.
Built for Dolibarr environments
EasySeries supports multi-entity installations and works across Dolibarr v14 to v23+, with automatic syntax detection depending on the version. It is compatible with PHP 7.4 to 8.3 and common databases such as MySQL, MariaDB and PostgreSQL. The module also includes a verification utility to support safe migrations between Dolibarr versions, and it is available in 8 languages.
